While these tours are not part of the official Local Prosperity 2026 program, they’re a wonderful way to experience Tatamagouche during your visit. We’re pleased to share these local experiences offered by community organizations and businesses alongside the festival.

Tour Location: Tatamagouche Brewing (235 Main St, Tatamagouche, NS B2G 2C1)
Tour times: 3pm, 4pm
Duration: ~30 minutes
Maximum tour capacity: 10 guests per tour (first come, first serve)
Price: $15 (50% off) *Not included in your Thursday day ticket*

Description:
Join Tatamagouche Brewing Co. for a behind-the-scenes brewery tour and guided tasting in the heart of Tatamagouche. Guests will get a look at the brewing space, learn more about the process behind our beer, and enjoy a short guided tasting of Tata Brew products. Tours are approximately 30 minutes and are limited to 10 guests per time slot. Closed-toe shoes are required for brewery tours. Guests must be 19+ to participate in the tasting portion. Description: Join Greg Watson, Manager of North Nova Forest Owners Co-op and a walk about through trails in a North Nova Forest Owners Co-op woodlot in New Annan! Discuss historical uses of the forests and modern-day efforts to apply ecological forestry approaches, and how it relates to wood production and biodiversity. Other topics will be on buying and stewardship of a forest, what it takes, and Greg’s thoughts after 20 years of a forestry co-opertative!

10 minute drive from Tatamagouche, walk on generally level ground.
